It doesn’t have to be, we have created a model that maximizes value and convenience over a lot of features you may not be interested in or be willing to pay for. You may have also noticed many places require a “community fee” or some other fee that can be thousands of dollars, or long-term commitments with no economical way out. We have none of that! We make it easy and affordable for anyone looking for a quiet, safe place to live with close proximity to some of Chattanooga’s best restaurants and shopping.
We only have a couple of firm rules; no smoking on property, no dogs, must be 55 or older. If help is needed for showers or med reminders, we also have a home care service we offer at an additional cost of $30/hr with a 2hr per day minimum.
